📘 Welcome to the AiSnapAccess User Guide
This guide is for users who want to explore all features and settings in detail.
🔹 1. Manual Entry
- Tap “Add Entry” → Fill in Key and Value → Save
- Assign a category while saving
🔹 2. AI Entry Assistant
- Tap “AI Entry Assistant”
- Snap or upload an image
- (Optional) Add text explanation
- Tap Send to AI
- The app will suggest and auto-categorize the data
🔹 3. Categories
- View and manage categories from the main menu
- You can edit, delete, or add categories
- Mark categories as “Secure” to enable PIN protection
🔹 4. Secure Mode & PIN Access
- First time: Set your PIN when accessing a secure category
- After setup: You’ll be prompted for PIN each time
- You can reset your PIN using your security question
🔹 5. Import & Export
- Import data from Excel files (with or without categories)
- Export your data to Excel
- Export secure data separately (requires PIN)
🔹 6. Backup Options
- Google Drive backup (coming soon)
- Manual Excel export (recommended regularly)
🔹 7. Settings
- Access from the side menu
- Coming soon: Theme, Cloud Backup, AI Model Selection
